Quality control and continuous improvement

During the elaboration process, strict and rigorous controls, based on the principles of the ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification), and the application of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP), are made to guarantee the traceability and food safety.

The expiry date of our products is verified through shelf life testing. The nutritional and organoleptic properties are minimally modified thanks to the application of heat treatments.

Our suppliers are selected, evaluated and audited, meeting high regulatory standards which guarantee and let us assure that the best raw materials GMO-free (genetically modified organism) are used, and let us lay down a food allergen control in our facilities and also in our recipes.

Therefore, our products have obtained the Certificate of Guarantee M Producto Certificado de la Comunidad de Madrid, guaranteeing the origin and quality control of our creations.

To develop our activity with the minimal environmental impact, we are introducing an Environmental Management System based on the international standard UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 requirements.
