How to prepare the Euroambrosias confited artichokes?
Before you start: Temper the pieces to be consumed. Drain the oi form the packaging. If the oil is semisolid, clean carefully with the help of a piece of paper
- Option 1 – Microwave: Microwave (3-4 pieces) for approximately 3 minutes
- Option 2 – Frying. Fry in plenty of oil for 2-3 minutes approx. Before plating, remove the first artichoke leaves if they are hard
- Option 3 – Oven. Oven 190ºC approx. 10 min
