How to prepare the Euroambrosias veal cheeks in red wine sauce?

  • Step 2: Heat the microwave during 2-3 minutes at 750W. Avoid contact with the walls of the microwave and theat one at a time.
  • Step 3: Remove the film with a tip o a knif, stir if necessary and pour onto a plate
