How to prepare Lamb Ribs cooked by Euroambrosias?

Before starting: Temper the ribs for apporx. 1 hour

  • Step 1: Remove the ribs from the bag and slice with a knife if necessary
  • Step 2: Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
  • Step 3: Woth the oven hot, place the ribs in the oven for approx. 10-15 minutes (Checking visually until the skin is browned).

Recomendation: Make sure that 70º is reached in the heart of the product at least 2 minutes
